About Us

Oneta Lester owned and operated Grandma's Treasures (an antique and collectible store) on historic Route 66 in Yukon, Oklahoma for several years.

February 12, 2006, she slipped away to heaven - leaving behind memories of her sweet spirit, generosity toward others, diligence and passion for her business and hobby and...lots of antiques, glassware and collectibles.
As her daughter, I have launched Grandma’s Treasures Online as a way of continuing to offer these “treasures” for sale. We are happy to offer the same eclectic variety as mom had in her store along with additional inventory being added continuously. As you browse the store, you will find: antique books, a variety of vintage collectibles, lovely china, Christmas collectibles, dolls, figurines, heirloom glassware of all kinds, vintage jewelry and pottery. We even offer Collector's Books for referencing and price guides.
Other categories include:
“Tanya’s Collection” is my cousin in
"Misty's Baskets" is my daughter-in-love in Oklahoma, who creates impressive baskets for all occassions - any of which may include a special collectible item if desired (simply add the item to your purchase along with instructions upon check out).
"Navajo Arts and Crafts" is our Navajo friends in Arizona, Fred and Kathy White, who offer authentic and superior quality Native American Indian Arts and Crafts, including collector's woven rugs and Navajo jewelry. Using rare materials and techniques, the items we offer will enhance any collection.
"Music Collectibles" is our collection of antique sheet music and music books dating back
to the late 1800's and early 1900's from my grandfather's collection and vintage records from the 50's to 70's.
My
grandfather, "Papa" as we called him, was a cotton farmer in Texas who
learned several instruments including classical piano. Before his
untimely death in the early 1960's he studied music and even performed
his graduate piano recital at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
His
love for music was passed down to my mother, who was also a pianist and
piano teacher when living. We are offering her piano/music
collectibles.
My cousin Aaron Coleman, still
in his early 20's, is an accomplished pianist and has recorded a CD, which we have listed.
Josh Lester, my nephew, is an accomplished cellist. Here is a link to a concert,
Feb 3, 2008 in which he performed with the Oklahoma Youth Orchestra as
the soloist.
"1/2 Price Room!" offers attractive collectors items that are only slightly damaged for 1/2 price!
