Shopping Info
Step 1: Log-in. You will need to log in to complete the transaction. If you have not registered, click on Not Registered Yet? and create an account. If you already have an account, sign in and click on Submit.Step 2: Shop! As you shop, you can click on the small square to the left of the product to do a comparison. You also have the ability to locate items by manufacturer.
Step 3: Purchase. When you choose an item that you wish to purchase, click on the Product Description, this will open the page and give you the option to>Add to Cart. After you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, click on Checkout and this will take you to the Shipping Option Page> Select your shipping method then click continue to go to the Payment Option page> Select payment option of your choice then click continue to confirm your order.
Note: The Shopping Cart should show each item as added. There will also be small box on the right side bar that tallies your items and totals. Anytime you wish to return to the Shopping Cart, you can click on the Shopping Cart button on the top menu bar. When viewing your Shopping Cart, if you would like to delete an item, you can click on the trash can icon to the left of the product and this will remove it from your cart.
Payment Options:
If you wish to pay by Credit Card, you will click on the PayPal icon. This will take you to the PayPal website where it will prompt you to log on HOWEVER, You DO NOT need to log on to PayPal to complete the transaction! Simply fill in your credit card information to the left.You will also see a form offering you to sign up to use PayPal on your next purchase. Again, you DO NOT need to complete this form! This is only advertising. (However, if you already have a PayPal account, you certainly have the option to use it.)

All completed orders will be shipped within 48-72 hours of cleared payment.
Payments must be received within 3 business days for paypal and 6 business days for check/money orders. Item(s) will be relisted if no correspondence has been received.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it up to 5 business days, after notifying us by email. You will be refunded purchase price, minus ANY shipping costs. (Refund shipping costs are provided by the buyer.)
Additional Note on Shipping:Many of our items are held in inventory in the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma area. (This does not include Tanya's Collection.) If you live nearby, you have the option to click on Store Pick Up to save shipping costs. As we do not have an actual store, pick up arrangements will be made by email. If an item does not qualify for Store Pick Up, it will be noted in the description.
