blue collector's plate depicting a church Christmas service. Below the
scene is printed: JULE - AFTEN - 1968" On the back is reads: "B&G Kyobenhavh Denmark 'I kirke juleaftern Christmas in church'" It is in the traditional blue and white Henry Thelander design of Bing and Grondahl Christmas plates using the Scandinavian majolica style.

porcelain Christmas plates. In the early years the motifs were selected
from entries in a competition among the factory's porcelain painters.
Later, the plate's motifs were inspired by Danish countryside, history
and traditions.
