Lovely little
milk glass vase in shell pink color with saw tooth edge and pretty etched design all
around outside and pedestal base. “NAPCO Cleveland, Ohio #2255” etched on the bottom.
Measures 6
inches high x 4 ˝ inches diameter. Excellent Condition.
According
to one reference book, this piece was originally made by Jeannette Glass
Company 1957-1959 but was sold to the Florist Industry, Napco Ceramics,
Cleveland, Ohio (Collectible Glassware From the 40's,
50's, and 60's,
Sixth Edition on page 215). Another reference pointed out that The National
Potteries Corporation which is located in Bedford,
Ohio near Cleveland could have been the producer. This company
has been in business since 1938 producing quality glassware and pottery.
