NuCut Crystal Celery Vase
The beautiful, vintage crystal vase we offer is Imperial’s NuCut Celery Vase, pressed glass pattern #536, circa 1914-1937. This pattern has the well known geometric design and was given status in the collector’s crystal line of glassware.

Measures 6 ¼ inches tall and is 4 inches across the top opening. Very good condition. No cracks, chips or repairs.

 An ex-riverboat captain and experienced glassmaker, Edward Muhleman, established The Imperial Glass Company in 1901. Pressed glass was their beginning forte, which was the fashion of the day. In 1904, Imperial moved into a new facility in Bellaire, Ohio, the center of American glassmaking at the time. Many of the people who worked at Imperial were German and Bohemian craftsmen who brought a high quality and more skilled techniques to Imperial production.
