Vintage and retro ashtrays are true works of art from days gone by. Even though today, ashtrays sitting around businesses and homes is almost obsolete, many homes of the 1950s-1970s were adorned with unusual smoking paraphernalia that was designed to impress.
Check out my fun assortment of these tobacciana relics - a lot of nine vintage/retro ashtrays. I recovered eight of them from the 1950's guest cottage on our property. And one of them belonged to my husband's father which he received from the steel mills in Detroit in the early 1960's. The vinyl sandbag ashtray to place on your car dash or center arm rest is a true classic! There are two
retro melamine ashtrays. And the Eldorado square ashtray,
measuring 3-5/8" across in square shape with four cigarette rests, is made of clear glass with a black on white Eldorado Hotel
Casino, Reno Nevada logo on the bottom that is different than most I
have seen. Not sure if the one I have is older
but mine looks like a sunburst type graphic rather than a viking guy.
The pottery bowl is most likely not an ashtray but was used for one and is an asset to the collection. All of these vintage ash trays are in good, used condition. No cracks, chips, dents or repairs.
With our special "lot" price these collectibles are just a little over $2 each! They are located in Colorado and will not be available for in store pick-up in Oklahoma.
