This beautiful pattern is called Delamere by Henry Alcock Company from its factory located in Cobridge, Staffordshire England. It is marked Royal Premier Semi-Porcelain. Henry Alcock & Co. LTD England. Alcock used this logo from 1880-1910 on items.
The small bowl has an unevenly scalloped edge that is gilded. The border design is of a swirling, curved line. The upper rim is covered with small flowers and art designs that fill the scrolls. Flow blue was made in England and other countries about 1830 to 1900. The dishes were printed with designs using a cobalt blue coloring. The color flowed from the design to the white body so that the finished piece has a smeared blue design.
Measures 5 1/5 inches diameter x 1 inch deep. Overall very good antique condition. There
are two tiny hairline cracks that I believe to be from the
manufacturing itself on the outside rim less than 1/2 inch long and very tight. There is three minor flea bites or pop marks from the
firing also on the outside rim. There is non-stained crazing that is
indicative of it's age.
