Collectible and pretty Vaseline Opal Frolicking Bear Cuspidor (or spittoon) by Fenton. Stamped on bottom: "ICGA-2001" This was the 'souvenir' of the 35th International Carnival Glass Association convention at the Embassy Suites North in Indianapolis, IN from July 17 to July 22, 2001.  Each year since 1968, the ICGA meets and presents a new collectible piece to the attendees as a souvenir. The convention was only attended by 243 who came from 24 states and Canada so the circulation of this piece is quite limited.

Excellent condition. No cracks, chips or repairs of any kind. I've found some of the other souvenirs listed online upwards to $150. I haven't found another one listed from the 2001 Convention. We offer our limited piece of Carnival Glass history for only $79.00!
